The breakfast options were impressive and plentiful.
During my 3-night stay, I faced numerous issues. The room had a noticeable smell of mold, which made breathing uncomfortable and affected my overall comfort. Additionally, I experienced slow housekeeping service. my requests for fresh towels went unmet during my stay, compounding my dissatisfaction with the experience.

i can’t believe the awful smell of mold in my room, breathability was a dangerous challenge. very disappointing for a supposedly 'reputable' place like this. i encountered slow housekeeping too, no one seems to prioritize guests here. is a complimentary upgrade too much to ask? i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.
